I had a problem with my gums So they had me in for a checkup and the a few hours later they were doing the process of sorting them out All on the sameday Which was brilliant

Honestly one of the worst experiences. Dentist seems not experienced enough. Been over 2 months I’m waiting for a refund. Reception is so rude when you try to call and ask why it hasn’t been proceeded. Awful treatment of your patient.

Incredibly unprofessional staff. Was told to call at 9am the next day for an emergency appointment for a broken tooth only to be told the following day emergency appointments start at 8 and they can’t do anything about it. Staff have private conversations when waiting in the waiting area with words of profanity. Dental assistants don’t know basic skills such as suctioning when performing oral tasks.
