Dentist was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Felt like I was being sold into treatments (i.e Invisalign) despite me saying it was something I wasn't considering right now. Felt like more of the appointment was spent telling me about that than my own current dental state. A scale and polish was not done on my teeth, despite it being within the cost. This hasn't been done since before COVID when it used to be routinely done. I can't understand why this isn't routine anymore, it forces people into paying lots of money for hygenist appointments.

The service was thorough. It was explained to me what was wrong with my teeth, what needed done to remedy the problem and the subsequent treatment offered on day was very thorough. I came way happy with the service given to me. I will recommend their service to anyone.

Courteous and professional staff...once the appointment had started. While this was a 9am appointment (chose this first thing in the morning to reduce risk of delays), I was called in ~15 min later. From my experience of previous appointments, you are always late - there is clear room for improvement on that front.

That the wrong type of denture was made for me and so has to be redone. Then the dentist is going on holiday which delays things even more. I now have to postpone my own holiday as I don't want to go away with a missing front tooth.
