Politeness of the reception ladies. Didn’t have to wait long to be called through for my appointment. The reception area is nice and light and very clean, with adequate seating area. On a good bus route, and parking available on the street. NHS & private practice, although don’t think they are taking on anymore NHS patients at present.

The service from Chilwell Dental is excellent. The appointment reminders are very helpful. The reception staff are always polite, respectful and willing to help. The technical staff are very thorough, calm and efficient, explaining what they are doing and easing what can be a challenging experience. I really can’t fault their service.

The hygienist and dentist and their assistants were brilliant. Not only very competent and professional but friendly too. Reception staff always polite and helpful.

Once i explained my problem the receptionist was able to recognise i needed a emergency infection therefore appointment booked for me. The dentist i examined me. Was polite, reassuring. Explaining initial treatment of antibiotcs, followed by follow up, with a plan of next options may be required. Overall very efficient. The only problem i felt was perhaps lacking however; is the room i was examined in looked 'grubby' and in need of some 'referbishment' . A clinical room, to me should always look clean with all instruments and equipment maintaned/clean . But i do appreciate, all businesses are facing challenging times.

The hygienist checked health & various intakes of medicine. Explained every thing she was to do, and best of all explained if wanted to stop raise yr hand and stopped inbetween each movement to help clear water in mouth.

Always welcoming and made to feel at ease when having treatments. Staff fully explain what is required. Clean and hygienic surroundings. Very good customer focus.
