My daughter has struggled for many years with her dental treatment. She visited the practice and found the dentist understanding, non judgmental and lovely were her words. My daughter has had 2 appointments so far and she came out today able to smile with confidence again for the 1st time since she had here brace removed and the dentist at the time pulled all her enameloff two very visible teeth. No one wanted to help her until now. The dentist has actually given my daughter her smile back. Thank you so much. Excellent service.

I am deeply disappointed with the care I received during my recent visit to Mckennell Dental Practice on 23rd September 2024. Despite being a patient for 14 years, the service and hygiene were shockingly subpar. Dr. a m. demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism during my visit. Her request for me to handle my dental prosthesis with unclean hands, without proper sterilization afterward, reflects a serious disregard for hygiene protocols. I believe Dr. a m would benefit from additional training on infection control and basic patient care standards to prevent such issues in the future. When I inquired about adhesive to reattach the prosthesis, I was informed that the clinic does not provide such materials. This, in itself, was concerning.

I had a appointment and my experience was great my dentist was very good and the service was great. I would say that it met all my expectations, I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment overall.

I have attended this practice for many years, and the dental treatment continues to be of very good quality, while the staff (dentists, nurses and receptionists) are friendly, helpful and efficient.
