I have bee trying to call the surgery for the last hour as the opening times state 7.40am till 8.30pm, as I am in alot of pain. Having not been able to get through I have drove to the surgery at 6.30pm to find the surgey closed and in darkness.

Has this dentist closed? I was told there was no dentist as mine had left and when a new one was appointed they would get InTouch with me, no one has been InTouch, i have rung and left messages no one answers the phone, i have been to the address and it looks empty!!! Before COVID this was an excellent dentist no issues at all, i feel really let down!!!

had an appointment booked 3 weeks in advance after being cancelled twice previously, the evening before I received a text message cancelling and to ring up to rebook an appointment. Tried to call but just sent to voicemail. this is now the 3rd time this has happened, the service level provided is dire!!
