Called to make an emergency appointment for my daughter. After explaining the reason for my call, was told "I will deal with it in a minute" abruptly and was put on hold for over 5 minutes before being cut off. Called again and unfortunately got the same rude and abrupt person. She was not listening to me, and repeatedly asked why I was calling. Told me my daughter couldn't be seen for over 2 weeks as she hasn't been seen for a while - this is because they are refusing to do routine check ups for NHS patients and appointments have been cancelled with short notice. Eventually agreed to see her. She was very argumentative and denied the fact that they have repeatedly cancelled appointments due to Covid. Will be looking for another practice.

Ive been with this practice doe over 20 years and put up with the Rude Practice manager, however Ive now been struck off because I haven't gone since late 2019. I tried to explain that they where closed to routine check ups during the pandemic but I was shouted at by the practice manager and told to call back the next day because they had finished for the day and they had a really long day. 3 times I've emailed them over the last 8 months asking if they have started to do routine check ups again. I got no response. I emailed because they never answer the phone.
