After years of searching for an NHS practice, meltham took me and my husband on. From the first conversation the service was outstanding. Friendly receptionists and an amazing dentist. My dentist was extremely reassuring throughout my whole procedure, making sure I was ok at every point. I would highly recommend this dentist and am very grateful to have been able to get in.

Reception staff were welcoming on arrival and I was called only a few minutes after my appointment time. Dentist and assistant were friendly and explained the process and follow up action clearly.

Repeatedly I have made the first appointment of the day at 8.30am and repeatedly the same dentist strolls through the waiting room at 8.40am or later. When I raised this with the receptionist they said "people are sometimes stuck in traffic". Well, if you are repeatedly "stuck in traffic" the problem is not traffic, the problem is that you aren't allowing enough time for your journey. Totally unprofessional and shows utter contempt for patients who have jobs to get to. If the dentist cannot provide 8.30am appointments then don't offer 8.30am appointments.

Every member of staff is professional. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by smiling faces. The dentist talks through what they are doing and puts your mind at rest. Staff member was cleaning door handles as I waited in clean waiting room.

I was very impressed with both the practice itself and all the staff who work there. They are pleasant ,polite kind and also good at their jobs. My dentist was very good explaining the problem I have with my false teeth fitting etc and he also gave my gums a good examination for any signs of suspicious lumps etc.

Although the person I see has changed over time, every one has taken the time to discuss treatment options. Reception staff very helpful. Still operating as NHS dentist which is excellent.

Routine check,clean,small filling. Good booking system good reminders, polite staff, flexible appointment times. No fuss treatment by competent staff with good informative and helpful attitude.

I was a new patient had a checkup within a week of registering and work carried out the following week. Also the dentist was good in communicating the problem and how will monitor going forward.
