Communication was excellent, email and text message reminding me of my appointment. Friendly receptionists, very informative Dentist, reassuring dental nurse, as I’ve always been a nervous patient.

The practice was all clear and they didn’t let me wait too long i was in for my appointment in time and all the staff was kind and helpful

I am always seen in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. All procedures are fully explained and carried out with care. I was last seen by the hygienist and she carried out a full check and clean which made me feel like I could carry this on with better brushing/flossing. I would like to thank the staff team for a fabulous service.

I had to go in for an emergency appointment, they got me in as soon as they could and and got me sorted out really well. Always helpful and thorough describing what they are doing and what treatments I may need, and they're great with my kids too. Always put them at ease and very attentive towards them. I've always hated going to a dentist but going to meltham practice doesn't bother me at all as I know I will be looked after.

I was dealt with in a very lovely kind way. The dentist is so calm especially as I am the older end. The whole staff are just wonderful
