My daughters had her fixed braces (following initial block work) removed last week. After 22 months her teeth are now straight and she’s delighted with the results. Appointments have been organised quickly (often the follow up email is in my inbox by the time I arrive home from an appointment) and queries and support for acute brace issues are frequently met with the offer of same-day review as per clinical indication. The team communicate treatment well with patients and problem solve (happily calling on each other for advice as needed) on site. The premises are clean and are clearly run to meet cqc desirable levels care with infection control measures easily apparent and sepsis-awareness education posters on display for patients. They actively strive to provide good care. My daughter is really pleased, and so am I. Many thanks for your work team :)
