Your policy on paying up front for treatments. I think 100 % three months in advance is unreasonable, I could understand a deposit to cover the time but not the full amount. The dentist I saw was exceptional and would recommend.

I was seen very quickly, and am a very nervous patient. This was the first treatment I’ve had in a long time and my treatment was much easier and far more comfortable than I was expecting.

I asked for an emergency appointment and received one over two weeks later. So had to endure pain for a long period of time. Then I sat waiting for an hour for my appointment because ironically an emergency had been inserted in front of me! When I was seen I was then placed on strong antibiotics. Hopefully this will work and won’t need to endure root canal work or such like due to the infection not being dealt with earlier.

The Dentist I saw spent a lot of time after check up advising me of future problems ahead and to contact her if they got worse.

Proactive at giving me a quick appt for my crown that had fallen out. Helpful receptionist, cheerful and friendly dentist and dental nurse. Also watched the receptionist dealing with another patient really kindly.
