Initial phone call to book urgent appt was issued with a 2+ week wait!!! Couldn’t help me with update on my referral & just said my other appts would be cancelled! Not what I wanted, as one was for teeth clean & then 6/12 check up. I still wanted these appts. She didn’t help me at all, just said I needed to speak to dentist. How could I be left to wait 2+ weeks in pain, plus left unsure if my referral had been made, 6 week’s previously. Had to phone back a few days later as in so much pain. Different receptionist who was much more helpful. I was then lucky to get a cancellation for the next day. Dentist very kind & helpful. Prescription for antibiotics as have infection under bridge. Reception staff on the day were also friendly.

We have been seeing this dentist for more than 10 year's now. He's very charming, caring. Informative, and makes you feel at ease.

My dentist is lovely… so glad she is back part time. But The receptionists, both the manager and her assistant are as unprofessional and rude as your previous practice manager. Very detrimental to patients who, for whatever reason hasn’t been to the surgery for a while. They make you feel like a child, you don’t even get a chance to explain yourself, they are so not interested. It’s a shame and it gives the practice a real bad name in spite of your dentists being extremely good at what they do.

The dentist listened to me, the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I had to wait a day for an emergency appointment, other than this the service was very good :-)

Dentist was excellent and thorough. She explained everything she was doing and had time for me and my family. The dental nurse was also very good. The reception staff could try to be a little more friendly

Our usual dentist has left but our new dentist was just as lovely and very reassuring. Dental nurse very sweet however receptionist was a little surly.

The best hygienist I have had work on my teeth. I am a very nervous patient the hygienist is very gentle and is reassuring.
