The fact that receptionist never answer the phone...and when you request for rescheduled appointments the practice never get back to you or even update you

Terrible dental practice I've had enough and won't be going back there. You're never seen on your appointment time expect to wait 40 - 60 minutes after your appointment time the dentists don't care they'll just leave you waiting. Receptionist cold, horrible and unwelcoming, when we went in we were left just standing in reception while the 3 receptionist behind the desks just kept there heads down no hello or acknowledgement it's absolutely appalling!

The Dentist was very welcoming calm and friendly. Very professional and without a doubt very experienced, which eased my anxiety about having a tooth extracted.Each stage was explained clearly and the procedure went very smoothly-no pain at all. After this positive experience I now have no fear of going to the Dentist in the future! To add I will continue to come to your Dental Surgery for future check ups etc. The Dental assistants were also very friendly! Thank you all?
