I have this scenario every time I visit selly oak. My appointment is at 9am, and I was waiting till 9:35am until I was seen. The problem I have is that has a knock on affect and when all you can hear it people chatting and gossiping whilst your waiting for an appoint that should have started 35mins prior it’s not great. I’m in and out within 5minutes of sitting down. Always have this problem

Friendliness of staff and no long waiting times . Very nice environment, I travel over 30 mins to come here because it’s that good .

Got to my 7.15 appointment at 7.05. Asked to wait in the waiting room. Was still waiting at 7.45. I made a few gestures to the receptionist to get noticed. This was my first visit. Hope it’s not the norm.

The care of the Doctor and his assistant. Experience shows through and very gentle and took good care. Explained the whole procedure and aftercare. The best technology and equipment used. The best dentist and assistance we’ve had. Most recommended!

Could of gave abit more advice but gave a little, but teeth came out perfectly as I wanted them so can’t complain. Will definitely use services from you guys again!

Despite arriving on time, I waited for 45 minutes without any communication or explanation. Oyhrrs that arrived after me were seen and left me still waiting.I understand that times can be quite busy, however my time & well being is just as valuable as any other.

Friendly efficient reception staff and dental staff. Dentist, hygienist and other staff were excellent I would highly recommend this dental practice.
