Waited 15 minutes past my time iwas the first appointment of the day i sat and waited while i could hear staff getting coffee and chatting. I booked the first appointment for a reason

Honestly can not fault this practice. Both the dentist and the reception staff are great. Would recommend to family and friends

I had an appointment at 2.30pm and was kept waiting until 3.10pm because who came in after me were all getting seen first. Then, when I did get seen, the dentist asked me if I would like to wait another half hour because her equipment was being sterilised. So I left.

For weeks I’ve been coming back and forth to have my dentures fitted without success.both the dentist and the manufacturers blame each other.I need to have this treatment done asap

When you walk in the reception staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful and then when you see the dentist they talk through your options and then get the work needed and if you have any complications after a tooth extraction they will see you and sort the problem out so I would recommend this practice to anyone
