Was given an appointment here through 111 for my wisdom tooth which often gets swollen/bleeding. I was told by the dentist I was being referred to get the tooth extracted which would take a few months, but after calling back over half a year later I was told the referral never even happened and that the dentist must have "forgotten" to refer me. No solution offered other than paying out of pocket for private extractions at the practice. Have had to deal with the issue unnecessarily this whole year because of this, and now struggling to get it sorted through the NHS.
