The hygienist was very thorough and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I have gained confidence with procedures at mill House dental surgery after many years of being terrified. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I attended for a checkup and met a new dentist, she was so happy to tell me what was happening all throughout the checkup, I asked for advice and was given so much detail to help me make my choice of what was best for my long term plan. This was the most enjoyable visit to the dentist Thank you very much. Sorry did not get a name

Have had a lovely dentist for a long time who has gone privately. My first session with my new dentist did not go to plan. I came in September for an emergency so I booked another appointment for a permanent filling 3 months after. On the day I have been told it’s not a permanent filling but a check up. We literally debated and argued for nearly half hour then half hour later I had my check up. She looked at her computer and turned around oh we are going to do the permanent filling. I really don’t k is if she realised the appointment was for a permanent filling or she had a cancellation. However come the payment I have been charged for a permanent filling and a check up. I was not happy with the overall experience and hope our next appointment goes well.

The compassion, the professionalism, the promptness and finally helping to make right decision by your dentist who looked after me. I totally forgotten to make a note of her name as I was not in a good state but she is a gem.

I was told by my regular male dentist that today i would be having new bottom false teeth made. The lady dentist told me it would be 9 months before they could be done. Not a happy patient.

Professional and efficient surgery by my dentist. Her experience shows throughout the surgery process and it was efficient but not rushed. Only downside was it was a bit difficult to get an appointment but that was with a different dentist.
