I broke a previous filling and was concerned it would then fall out, which it did. I phoned the dentists and a friendly receptionist asked whether the tooth was painful which it was not. She told me that my usual dentist was off for a couple of days, was extremely busy but she would have him phone me about this when he came back. Three days later I received a phone call asking me precisely what had happened then telling me he had a cancellation that afternoon. I attended and he skilfully replaced the filling using a slightly different material he now thought would be more resilient. I am really grateful for this speedy treatment, also the professionalism and friendly care exhibited by all I had contact with. Excellent job.

Very good customer service both the receptionist a slightly older lady is always very helpful and my dentist too are very pleasant and put me at ease when I visit

As always the team did a great job and provided some good advice. I also appreciated their understanding when I had to adjust the start time of my appointment due to unexpected transport issues.

We always book at least 6 months in advance and not for the first time, the appointments were cancelled and had to be rearranged; at least this time we got more than 2 hours notice. Having booked again, the new appointments turned out to have been made for the dentists lunch hour, this was only noticed 24 hours before the appointments and meant that we were given the option to arrive earlier (impacting 3 people's plans) or cancel and have to wait another month. I was told the reason this had occurred was because the reception staff were new to the role. OK, benefit of the doubt. However after the visit, I went to book for 6 months time only to be offered a time of 1.10, I questioned that that was the dentists lunch hour and the response was an erm, yes. Come on, please learn from your previous mistakes it shouldn't be tp to customers to tell you these things!

I was impressed with the thoroughness of the treatment I was given by Chaz.; not only was it only marginally uncomfortable, but his explanation at the end (using X ray pictures} helped me understand for the first time how and why I should floss on a regular basis to prolong the life of my teeth (given I am now in my later seventies)

Receptionist really nice and friendly. Hygienist is absolutely lovely. He always takes his time and explains any problems etc. I can honestly say he makes the visit enjoyable.

I am delighted with my treatment today on having a crown prep and a filling ,My dentist put me at ease straight away and was gentle and informative ,I am very happy to of found a great dentist

I found the staff at mill house dental practice extremely helpful and kind! I am a really nervous gagger, the staff were patient . I would recommend them to anyone.
