I can always get an appointment quickly and the dentists are friendly and helpful. The receptionist answers the phone quickly. They do not recommend unnecessary treatment and the practice is very clean and hygienic. I visited in April 2024 and had a checkup. The dentist said there were no problems and recommended some jaw exercises, which was very useful.

The dentist I saw didn’t chat much or explain anything. Very basic check and didn’t feel like it was a proper check up

Been with Mint dentists about 10years. Service and polite manner of staff is 5 stars. Easy to get in touch with only a short wait time. Even for complex work they made me feel comfortable and explained clearly the work needed clearly.

I received excellent care on my visit and the treatment was very good. Care was taken to ensure that I felt comfortable with my treatment and all options were explained to me.

I was contacted promptly after going on the chat to get an appointment. I got an appointment within a few days. The dentist was excellent, both in dealing with my absolute terror of the dentist (not her specifically - just the concept) and in explaining the problem, undertaking a rigorous diagnosis and proposing a solution.

My recent experience with Mint Dental was excellent, all the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. The Doctor and her assistant were brilliant.

Had a very comfortable appointment. The dentist was clear and friendly. I was disappointed to hear that NHS treatment I had been given a few years ago had in fact caused more problems which will be costing me a lot more money. I wish I had been made more aware of the risks in my previous visit. This wasn’t the dentist’s fault as it was another one who recommended the previous treatment to me, but it is still frustrating.

Efficient reception, easy to access location and friendly dentists who take the time to talk through any problems and make suggestions on how to improve dental health. Not heavy handed and make you feel relaxed.

Very bad attention, the doctor who saw me did not leave me satisfied after the consultation, they do not answer the phone for appointments, the residents at the reception in very bad taste are not patient with the staff.
