Miss Topping was rude to both myself and my children on every occasion that we visited. We were shocked by how little sense she has of how to interact with people. We are also pleased that the treatment is at an end and will ensure that we see somebody else for future check ups.

We are very happy with the service we received at Hinchley Wood Practise. They were very professional from the start, clearly explaining what would be happening and putting my daughter at ease. We were able to get appointments of our choosing which you can't always do when get braces on the National Health Service. We would definitely recommend this practise.

My daughter had an excellent orthodontic experience and her teeth are beautiful. The practice staff and orthodontists were kind, caring and attentive. Hugest appreciation to everyone involved in her 2.5 year journey.

Professional and kind orthodontic care. Always very helpful when we phoned up with an emergency problem with my daughter's braces (when bitten into something too hard). They are almost off now and it has been a excellent experience throughout.

My son had his braces fitted and taken care of for two years. Always a positive experience even though braces aren’t pleasant. Thank you all !

Appointments were a bit sporadic and not going in with child during Covid meant time lapsed more as next Apts weren’t booked.
