I have always had confidence in the treatment & advice I have received from this practice & wouldn't hesitate in recommending anyone needing dental treatment. I am an NHS patient bu habe also paid privately for treatment not covered by the NHS.

The receptionist was friendly and polite. My daughter is very nervous about going to the dentist but from the moment she walked into the room, she was put at ease he explained everything that he was doing step by step he was absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

Just had my dental appointment at W J Warren, Stourbridge. I was seen by the NHS Dental surgeon and his Dental Nurse. I was certainly a nervous patient being fitted up for my crown and needing 2 fillings but both really looked after me. They were such a great little team! It was lovely to listen to the Dental Surgeon sharing his knowledge, it certainly made me feel like I was in good hands! Both were really very kind and considerate, regularly checking in on how I was. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. Thank you so much!

I was late for my appointment due to traffic. I just needed a referral, it would’ve taken less than 5 minutes. Instead they chose to rudely argue with me for 5 minutes. So the person behind me was late for their appointment anyway. 15 minutes is NOT long enough for a dentist appointment, which is probably why in the past I’ve waited 20/30 minutes to be seen. Overall, not great, I’ve found a new dentist and will not be returning.
