Dentist and assistant were so friendly . I was feeling nervous and the dentist talked me through every step as we went along . I had 2 fillings and felt no pain or discomfort. Excellent experience.

I have never had a problem at this dentist before today but I booked in for a broken tooth appointment not a check up. I had more than one tooth that needed work and was told this would reqire two appointments and asked which one I wanted doing first. Why if wasn't getting anything sorted on the day ? I didn't recieve any treatment and there is a two month wait before I can get another appointment.

The dental treatment was very good. The dentist came across as caring and interested. Taking time to answer any questions I had regarding the treatment so I would score her as a 5 The reception staff always come across a little abrasive and not all customer focussed so would tend to score them at most a 3 It seems as if the reception personnel have not been trained in the area of customer care or the leadership in this area do not have these skill to support / coach the rest of the group

Hygienist visit was fine no issues. Problem is being unable to see a dentist for the last 12 months no annual review available and unable to get an appointment for a possible filling. Only one part time dentist employed by the practice ???

He introduced himself and his assistant. They were very polite and he explained everything, and put me at ease. After the work was done he asked if everything was okay. I would like to thank them both.

The Dentist only looked at the two teeth that had been causing me pain, one was because a root had been left in my gum from a previous extraction. The options he gave were to take antibiotics or to have it removed at the dental hospital. I had waited that long in pain to see the dentist i did not want to take any antibiotics, by this time the pain was not as bad.i asked could he clean and check all my teeth! He said no it was an emergency appointment i would have to make another appt. I payed £25-80 & asked to make another appt, the receptionist said 10/01/24 & i will be charged again.
