    Very helpful and friendly reception staff came to our assistance after my 18 year old son chipped his front tooth. Dentist herself was excellent

    I still have staining on my teeth, which has never happened before when I have visited the hygienist . This is not value for money. I don’t think I had the full 20 minutes either. I have been using hygienists in this practice for over 10 years and never had cause to complain.

    The dentist was very thorough and took great care in getting the dentures precise I was very impressed with the whole experience

    The dentist said I needed a crown and a broken tooth fixed. She will tell the receptionist to make me an appointment for an assessment. They interpreted this as a check up. I was told they are not taking bookings for check ups at the moment. I had to insist it was not a check up.

    Receptiionist didnt giv me yelliw form to fill in my apoitment was half hour later was sat waitin from 2.15 untill 2.55 befor i got called in receponist was hopeless not 1 bit helpfull

    On time, good quality of service. Just the cost of £70 lets you down when your in in 20mins. Left annoyed when i paid cash of £70.70 & gave £71 & they had no change they'll put it as credit on next visit ! Not only does a trip to dentist costs the same as my weekly shop but then robbed me of 30p. Could of just let me off the 70p they should of had change.

    The dentist and his assistant were very polite and professional. The procedure was fully explained, before, during and after the treatment. It was reassuring to have the dentist ask on a number of occasions if I was alright, as I think this showed a good degree of concern, which to someone who is worried or nervous would be very helpful. Overall I think todays service was excellent.

    Dentist I seen he was lovely, explained everything to me that he was doing! Only bad thing is I’ve been ringing for months asking for an appointment due to a filling falling out to be told no appointments till October but rang up on 6th to be told oh yes we can get you in today so goes from October to today! Dentist was gentle with me after I explained my fears from previous visits!

    I did not get his name but a young, lovely male dentist treated me. He was so articulate and professional, I just felt relaxed the whole time. Thanks.
