I switched to this dentist when my dentist stopped taking NHS patients. I have had regular appts all my life yet at the first appointment the dentist said I needed 2 fillings and 1 that I didnt need yet but I 'may as well have as I will need it soon' I declined and had 2. It felt like a lot of work was done and afterwards I had a painful roof of mouth and sensitivity where I had had no issues previously. Obviously I cannot say that anything was wrong with the work but it made me feel nervous. One of the fillings has fallen out after 4 months. I rang to book an appointment to have it repaired knowing that fillings are guaranteed for 12 months. I asked to see a different dentist. The receptionist booked this and confirmed she thought there would be no charge but would check. I later got a message on answerphone to say there would be a full charge as it was a different dentist. So I have cancelled my plan and decided to cut my losses and go to a different practice altogether.
