    Cancelling appointments all the time. Now the dentist works 3 days a week so yet again another called appointment. Was may then June and now it’s been over a year my children haven’t been seen. All the messages I have are cancel cancel cancel

    Friendly team with timely appointment, great care with advice to correct gum issue - now resolved. Centrally located in the heart of Hinckley with on-site parking, also nearby parking available.

    Dentists surgeries have never been my favourite place. I’m always anxious when going, even for a simple examination. But here I feel reassured and in good hands. Everything is explained and there is a friendly and welcoming feel. My dentist remembered what we’d talked about last time and asked about my trip abroad. That put me at ease straight away.

    So pleased that my old practice went private, this practice is much better the staff that I've met dentist, dentist assistant, and receptionist all very professional and friendly
