Around 9:15 I received a call asking me to delay my 10 o'clock appointment to 11:15 to which i agreed. I arrived at 11:10 and, as per current restrictions, rang to say i was outside whereupon i was informed that the dentist was running a further 30 minutes late so would i mind waiting. I was finally seen at 12:25. Regrettably this is not an isolated incident. I've been with this surgery for three years and it seems every appointment is either delayed or cancelled at short notice. I have to work around my appointments so sitting in your carpark for an hour is unacceptable. By your own terms and conditions if i were to be that late my appointment would be forfeit and i would be charged. Where is the reciprocal recompense for the customer? How can you run a business where your diary system is so obviously unable to cope?
