    I had three teeth out which I was booked to go to hospital for but the dentist was so reassuring gentle kind compassionate that I did not feel a thing best dentist Iv ever been to, Iv got terable teeth and am embarrassed to go to the dentist , what a fantastic younger man and his nursing staff were lovely Thank you

    Very friendly receptionist staff and my dentist is just so friendly, explains everything in detail, tells me exactly whats going to be done, im quite a nervous patient but im put at ease and feel very relaxed. Really lovely dentist

    The kindness of the dentist and dental nurse . Receptionists were also very nice . The Denral practice has a lovely feel .

    Our children’s appointment was at 2.15 but when we arrived we were told that we were wrong about this; the appointment was actually at 2.30. I checked my text message from the surgery and it said 2.15 so we didn’t get it wrong. The actual appointment started at 2.45, so my partner and I spent half an hour in a waiting room with a 3 year and a 7 year old which was stressful as there were no toys or anything to entertain them. The dentist and assistant were lovely so the actual appointment was fine but yet again the communication was awful. Every time I come to this surgery I feel incredibly stressed and not respected as a customer.

    Called for an emergency appointment for my daughter and was given one for the same day . Dentist was so helpful and sorted the problem. Very grateful to them

    The Dentists who work here are amazing, they make you feel comfortable, work with you to put in a plan that fits for you and always have your best interests and heart. I used to hate the dentist but it’s changed since moving to North Chailey Dental

    Willingness to repair a cracked and chipped ceramic tooth without a further appointment and free of charge. Cheerful banter by dentist throughout which, having my mouth full of dental implements, I of course could not reply to! Significant waiting time before being seen although reception white board was regularly updated by dental staff. One treatment room next to the waiting room has a faulty non closing door and is not sound proof. I could hear all conversations taking place there which I certainly should not have. That was very off putting! Please give it some attention.
