I was referred to the Shepherd's Bush practice by the NHS as I needed an emergency dentist as I had cracked a pre-molar. I saw a lady dentist and her assistant who both were thoroughly professional and kind. They worked brilliantly and I can recommend them to anyone, particularly those who are nervous and who like me don't particularly like dentists. They put me at ease and simply were absolutely efficient. Well done!

My granddaughter (age 10 1/2) was referred by 111 as an emergency after a fall which broke a tooth : she was very frightened but the dentist (& assistant) were magnificent in putting her at ease and applying a temporary filling to the broken tooth: they also advised that 2 other teeth were cracked but might recover without fillings which was very reassuring. Very well done.
