On hold from number 7 then 6, 5... now at number 2 in queue. I've been number 2 for the last half hour and on the phone on hold for 50 mins. How long does it take to answer a call book an appointment and go to the next queue? Has this dentist changed hands recently, never been like this before. Also I had an appointment and tried to cancel as I was on holiday. obviously couldn't get through. So I emailed. No email to say no problem we'll call you to rearrange. Then I received an email saying I have an appointment tomorrow. Well I'm not free, so I'm on the phone to you now waiting to cancel that one as well. Maybe this is why dentist have such a high no show rate. I will not be paying a fine for a no show.

Over an hour and half on hold. Gave up. Should not take this long to answer the 7 calls ahead of me. Looking for a different dentist as this service is not acceptable.

Terrible communication! I have been de-registered from this dentist without my knowledge! They sent me an email less than a month ago too book in, when I called too book they told me I had been deregistered due too a no show in 2019 and because I had not attended in 6 months. I reminded them that they cancelled my appointment that I had previously booked. The staff in the phone where extremely rude and unhelpful! I’ve been a patient here for 18 years!

6 monthly check up. Dentist,Nurse & reception staff were as ever friendly and professional always have time to answer any questions and put you at ease

Never had any problems with this dentist, staff are always pleasant and helpful, treatment has been of a high standard , really happy with the service i receive.
