I went there to have my filling done; however, a young lady dentist in this clinic was extremely poor in her technique and management of patients. For example, it took her fairly a long time to remove the affected area changing turbines and contra angles by turns quite a few times, which made me wonder if she knew what she was doing or she could actually see the area she was working on. Noticeably, she pushed the turbine on the tooth even though the device was to be used with a feather touch and I could smell the burning of enamel from time to time. I also noted that she skipped the polishing of restoration, which was the last step, as well. Furthermore, her handling of patients was extremely uncomfortable. She tried to change the positions of head with unnecessarily strong force and even one time, she grabbed my upper front teeth to change the direction. I wonder if she actually graduated from dental school in UK as her vocabulary was quite limited and if she got proper dental education as I am under the impression that “normal” dental professionals do not grab teeth to change the position of patients. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I could see my face was pale when the treatment was over.
