My dentist was amazing and so caring… he sorted my problem and was understanding.. when removing my tooth he told me what was happened every step of the way… made me feel at total ease.

I went in to get a tooth out the dental Abbie was great as I have my two babies with me she entertained them both while I had my tooth out

I don’t think I’ve ever met a member of staff who hasn’t given me a smile or a friendly hello. Even when you’re waiting to be seen you can hear the reception staff working tirelessly to book appointments, send reminders or help people with their paper work, always with a smile. Their interactions with people who have English as a second language is fabulous and I think that is something that they should pride themselves in. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough and for all the help they have given me over my teeth and jaw. I couldn’t ever imagine going anywhere else. Thank you for everything - Kelsey Granby

All Staff and dentist very friendly but professional too. No waiting around, went into appointment immediately and was made to feel very comfortable and at ease.

I would like to thank my dentist for being so patient with me, I have PTSD from a traumatic experience in hospital. My dentist reassured me that I won’t feel the needle, after putting gel on my gum, and shutting my eyes she told me what was going to happen with every procedure on my tooth, which helped me through my treatment, which relaxed me a little, even through a risky root canal. Having been through my worst nightmare of facing a needle in my mouth, it’s going to be a little easier on controlling my fears.

Marvellous, personable dental hygienist, who carefully explained what she was doing and gave me clear and detailed guidance. Receptionists were friendly and efficient. A pleasant experience overall. Thank you.
