    Thank you so much for making my treatment of 2 filling so comfortable, I hate fillings and anaesthetic and I was in no pain and you took your time.

    After having my new pallet for 3mths 3weeks had a hair line crack on the top pallet,after paying £1100.00 plus examiners cost the company wanted another £100.00 to repair the damage.I feel really upset and robbed.Not blaming the staff or dentist,blaming the policy that the company has.

    Not registered here for dentistry as use log standing one near old home. However did use it for Hygienist. We were told we could do that, £88 for the first 30 min slot but then £58 thereafter for a 20 Min slot. Only to turn up to second booking and be charged £88 for a 15 minute clean. Just beware

It may help if we explain that our Hygienists are private clinicians who strive to offer the best service to our patients. The fees charged are private fees, as hygienist appointments are not available under the NHS. I am sorry if this is not made clear to you when booking the appointment.     I arrived on time for my appointment and signed in with the receptionist, who confirmed that I was attending the surgery for a filling replacement and a exam. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was called in and given glasses for my filling, however when asked where the filling was needing to be replaced, I pointed to the wrong tooth. I was almost ushered out the door, however the dentist decided to do a ‘exam’. After looking at only my bottom teeth then found the tooth I needed filling. I was in the dentists chair for about 3 minutes in total and was told to make a further appointment for the filling replacement and that the ‘exam’ cost £43 and I couldn’t be seen today because they where running late. Which was not my fault. Will not return. Do not recommend. They just want your money. Do not pay for appointments before you go in.
