When phoning for appointment I felt the replies were somewhat 'short' but in the current situation of so few dentists I had little choice. On arrival it was again curt ('fill in the form'). It also turned out they were not accepting NHS patients as the web-site had implied. "Oh no we couldn't possibly do that".. some excuse that maybe for those on Pension Credit. Consultation was short and sweet but competent. Back to reception to pay. I specifically asked that communication was not to be by text, but by email as was allowed for on the form. 'No we only do text'. 'Then why have a box on form for email?' 'Dunno, its head office'. I suggested they tell head office not to use a form that has an option they won't use. I got a filthy look and total lack of any social graces. At that point I decided not to proceed with MyDentist.

Had a problem with a tooth and they fitted me in within 24hrs brilliant dentist and nice and friendly

I cannot fault this practice. Excellent care and service. Kind staff and after care excellent too. Consistently great for six years now. I had lots of different treatments including fillings, root canals, new crown, periodontal and hygienist. I also got to see dentist during pandemic.

Was very anxious about having my front tooth treated, it had chipped but the Dentist put me at easy, filling I have you would not even notice great job Thank you
