    Caught up after my crown broke off and caused pain and ulcers in my tongue. Try to explain that I had special case needs because of my past medical history and traumatic experiences. I just asked could I be referred rather than coming in for appointment? Even though the practice offers NHS and says they’re available when you call up, it’s clearly a lie because all you get told is private only so what’s all about? When I get to the appointment, I asked to fill out the same form I filled out last time even though I explained there’s no changes also the people behind the desk so I’m sitting on the edge just staring at their phones very unprofessional. I feel . The dentist I seen was okay to agree but the assistant seems like she didn’t even wanna be. There looked very bored and didn’t speak a word. I find that strange knowing that they know I had a traumatic time before. After the assessment, I was offered two choices go private clinic for treatment or weights up to a year for the dental hospital. I was then told by the dentist I could go to Clifton Private care even after I tried to explain all I wanted was a referral to Dental hospital Bristol and I will contact them direct to arrange my treatment by myself. I was getting extremely frustrated trying to explain myself so when I left, I believed I was being referred to the hospital. . A few days after the appointment I was then asked to come in and sign some more paperwork for a referral but when I looked at it, it was for the private place. I was slightly confused again. I asked to be referred to the Dental hospital quite urgently as my mouth was in pain and still is. Today I’ve I decided to phone up and try and explain this on the phone after two attempts. I have now finally had a referral. I hope to the hospital in Bristol Dental surely it’s all a bit avoided if I was listening to the perhaps read my notes being treated like a human rather than a Cashcow for their business I feel I cannot return to this practice or do I want to? I would strongly avoid all my Dentist practices as it’s purely money driven without the service or quality of care and continuity

    Had a great first visit , very efficiently run and my dentist was very gentle and kind explaining every stage of anything he did during checkup Very impressed

    Haven't been able to get an appointment in 2 years. My son has never had an appointment there. Don't waste your time even trying.

    I took my daughter for a check up expecting the dentist to say she needs a filling but he insisted her teeth were so bad because of her bad diet and she doesn't brush them properly which I would understand, but kept saying about a bad diet as though I don't feed anything but junk this is completely wrong but then when he said she needed 3 fillings and an extraction which would be 109 pounds but emphasised the word each like I didn't look like I could afford it last time I went 6 months ago the female dentist was lovely maybe this man should stick to treating adults as my daughter was upset after we left as he made her feel awful
