    I've booked an appointment 1.5 month ago. I informed reception team that I will require longer appointment as I've lost my permanent filling so I will need a new one. Receptionist said she put it in the system but when I actually got there I was told that dentist has no time to put permanent filling in. Ridiculous. I meant to have another appointment today. Dentist meant to swap temporary filling for permanent one but I was let down again. Receptionist just called me and said that they need to reschedule that as booking was made with different dentist and that dentist pretty much refused to do it for me and want my regular dentist to take over. So basically I need to wait another month for appointment now. So I am 6 months pregnant, waiting over 1.5 month for that appointment and now need to wait for another month. I just told receptionist that my next appointment on 14th September need to happen as I am not planning to reschedule again. I am planning to take it further with a manager as customer service and luck of proper dental care in there is appealing. If you don't know what's that about, it's all about money. I've heard about the fact that dentists are rescheduling appointments there to serve private patients in between nhs patients but I thought that just gossips. Clearly it isn't.

    Friendly staff try to fit you in for app ointments. Friendly dentist try put you at ease. Clean bit hard to find parking.

    Friendly reception staff, dentists are prompt so wait times minimal and very professional. Send text message reminders near the time of your appointment. Would recommend without hesitation.
