Great little practice, switched on and well organised. Great customer service. Was offered an earlier appointment due to cancellation but unable to make it due to school pickup. My only criticism, I believe to be out of the practices control, is the lack of NHS dentists. Sadly I’ve since learned another is leaving. Sadly a direct reflection of our poorly managed NHS service and a complete lack of funding, red tape and unrealistic targets. Having to wait a year for an NHS appointment simply isn’t good enough. The only reason I selected Likely over Very Likely is a direct reflection upon this.

Dear Patient This is wonderful to hear. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. As you are aware, we do have several Dentist vacancies at your practice and are actively trying to recruit. Unfortunately, recruitment of dentist’s post pandemic is proving extremely difficult. There is a shortage of dentists in the UK which is making attracting dentists to certain areas of the country more difficult, and we are experiencing challenges in recruiting to the area. However, we are looking at all options to attract and re-locate dentists to your practice. Please be assured that the vacancies are not through any lack of trying or apathy on our part, purely that recruiting dentists, is proving difficult. Excellent reception team who really look after you. Difficult for them when only a limited number of slots available. I do feel that they always do their best. Lovely dentist who explains everything fully and makes time to discuss and very gentle with treatment.
