Left me outside an empty practice during Covid as they couldn't be bothered to let me know my appointment had been cancelled. Took me off their books as I hadn't been for so long due to Covid, then just parroted they had "no obligation to" - doesn't seem to occur to them to try basic customer service. Find somewhere else

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced problems accessing NHS dental care at your practice. Unfortunately, the practice is currently not able to accommodate every new and previous patient who has contacted them requiring care. The NHS.uk website may be helpful in assisting you seek an alternative NHS practice within your area, that may have the capacity to take on new patients and offer you NHS dental care. I visited with a broken tooth, they managed to restore it and colour matched it perfectly with my teeth. Very happy. Fantastic work and always reassuring as they go along

Incomplete treatment! Told I have to go private even though I am an NHS patient. Started a root canal and dentist failed to finish it. Large bump appeared on gum offered tooth paste. Going private for a second opinion even though I can ill afford it. Difficult getting NHS appointments close together at this practice. Very upsetting, confusing experience on my last appointment. Having to pay £90 for a private dentist to assess my teeth. Total waste of time booking an appointment at this dentist. All my appointments were cancelled because dentist is leaving, was told to re-book at the end of the month? Even though I have already been waiting months to get an appointment. Lost all confidence in NHS dentistry.

Today I was supposed to have my teeth cleaned by the hygienist (same as in February) instead I was told off badly for not using the blue tiles instead of the orange ones. I said I had difficulties using the blue ones. She sent me off in a rude manner and asked me to come back in three months time. It is very unlikely I’ll be using this hygienist again.
