    I know the NHS is broken so I blame myself a little for even trying to sign up with a new practice but according to this website they are supposed to be taking on patients so I thought I'd try my luck... However, was met with stony faced denial when enquiring about NHS availability but they would be happy to take me on privately. When I pointed out the NHS government website said they were taking on NHS patients they basically hung up. If I was going to pay for dental treatment it wouldn't be with them...

    Our website does state 'accepting new patients', and I can confirm that we are accepting NHS patients at the practice. However, new patient appointments are offered subject to capacity and are limited in number. Regrettably we cannot offer an NHS space to everyone who contacts us each day requiring care.     They have cancelled my NHS appointment 3 times since 2020. I have now been told by the incredibly rude practice manager 'it's tough, you will only get a private appointment now'. Disgraceful attitude and no sympathy when it's them who have cancelled!

    Mine and my children’s appointments keeps getting cancelled. Not been seen since 2020. No fused about my self but the kids need a check up. Now got to wait till 2023 but will probably get cancelled again as the lady said she’s not meant to book us in.

    This has to be the worst dentist, they cancel nearly every appointment my kids have. They had an appointment yesterday we went and they were closed no one called to tell us, this has happened many times needs closing down
