I was in for a routine check up, all the staff were friendly and helpful. My dentist recommended that I book a following appointment in 3 months time - this was easily done at reception on my way out.

Super service . Very courteous and efficient . I have no complaints whatsoever I couldn’t have been treat any better than I was. Would recommend this practise to anyone . It’s not a good experience going to the dentist . Well it’s not for me . I’m made to feel comfortable and at ease everyone is pleasant and friendly . Everything is explained to you.you can ask questions which they are happy to answer .

Pleasant staff and reasonably short wait for private appointment. Dentist nice and helpful. Would've personally preferred NHS appointment but would be a number of weeks. Pretty happy overall.

I had been suffering with painful swollen face,treat for swollen salivary glands, blocked sinuses which didn't improve with meds from GP and hospital. Had my routine check up with my dental nurse. She was so understanding of how nervous I was and in pain . Took scans, rang me with results next day and had appointment couple of days later for extraction. She explained everything to me, was so calm,patient and understanding. It was 60 years ago when I had a tooth out so I was really nervous ! The staff are 1st class from reception to all dentists and nurses. Love this practice

I am an NHS patient and I have received excellent care at this practice. When I moved out of the area I could not find an NHS dentist so I continued to visit my existing dentist even though I have to travel 2 hours to get there. I have found the staff to be exceptional with their care and are always willing to accommodate me where possible. This practice offers many dental procedures to improve your smile and if I could afford private care I would be more than happy to sample the many services they have on offer. I noticed from their televised advert that they also offer cosmetic procedures for their clients. I have found the staff to be professional, friendly and person focussed, explaining all steps of the treatment as it is carried out. Particular attention was paid to my medical notes and steps were put in place to enable me to have a safe experience with my dental treatment. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who is looking for a professional but friendly and welcoming dental service.

Sunday I cracked a tooth, phoned on Monday, no appointment available, was requested to phone tomorrow (Tuesday) after 8.00am, the receptionist fitted me in for 2.00pm, repair/filling took 1/2hr. Excellent, problem sorted! Many thanks from a nervous passenger!...

The practice have amazing staff who go above to insure all their patients have a positive time. They give you knowledge of how to do dental hygiene and how best to treat whatever the patients need with the patients best interest at heart.
