    Sad to be in the almost deserted waiting room several times over the past year listening to the excellent receptionists explaining to patients that they didnt have any NHS dentists at the moment but they could pay first for an emergency appointment and then for treatment involving hundreds of pounds.How many can afford that?

    Dear Patient Thank you for your review. Unfortunately our Hessle High Road practice is without a full cohort of NHS dentists at the moment, due to unfilled NHS dentist vacancies. However, they do have private dentists also in situ, who are able to offer private appointments outside of the practices NHS obligations. These appointments will be offered to patients as an alternative way to access dental care at the practice. We understand that accessing private care may be a financial concern to people at this challenging time and we are working hard to keep our private options as cost effective as possible.     An emergency appointment for an abscess and seen promptly. First stage of root canal performed,no pain , friendly and efficient dentist and assistant.

    Always my wife and I receive great treatment in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere on arrival reception is bright and cheerful, and this continues right through to treatment 10/10

    I have been a patient at the practice for a number of years and not had to have much treatment other than check-ups the service I received was always excellent. Just recently I have had quite a few visits which has resulted in a very difficult tooth extraction, I was very nervous about this but was made to feel at ease and very confident in all the care and skilful treatment I received. I did unfortunately develop a problem (dry socket) but once again I received immediate professional treatment and felt very relaxed and supported in sorting this out. This is a very friendly and professional practice and I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you everyone from the reception staff to the nurses and ultimately my dentist.
