I have been with this practice for a number of years. At all times , they show professionalism and understanding. Great team .

You can get a private appointment with a dental nurse at £75, a private appointment at £49, £25 for a 3 year old. However, apparently there’s nothing on the NHS. When you call, as a new patient, apparently you can have an NHS appointment. Not if you existing patient. Terrible practice now, sadly.

Hi Kerri, We are sorry to receive your 1 star review but thank you for your feedback. Most NHS practices at this time do have limited spaces for new patients under an NHS recovery scheme, these are one off appointments and therefore the patients will not be kept on with the practice. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options for patients to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations. We will always offer patients this option as an alternative, so our patients can make an informed choice on their dental care. Kind Regards mydentist Patient Support Team

Environment always bright clean, safe and welcoming, pleasant staff, plenty of information to read while in waiting area, lovely dentist.
