Absolutely vile practice with vile staff. Extremely disappointing service, breaking all of the GDC regulations and NHS guidelines. Deny you certain treatment that is clearly available on the NHS website. Cancel appointments with sometimes less than an hours notice, but if you as a patient were to do that there would be uproar. Teenage nurse with short hair, is miserable, condescending and rude. Has no idea how to speak to human beings. Spends most of her time typing away on her phone and then moaning to colleagues about lack of management. Seriously avoid this place.

Booked my daughter in for an emergency appointment after the school phoned and explained she had knocked her front tooth in playground. The receptionist (who sounded like she could not be bothered) informed me that the next available slot was in 2 weeks time, however I could pay £99 to be seen privately today. Baring in mind my daughter had knocked her tooth so bad it was wobbly and also bleeding. Hesitantly, I payed the £99 for my daughter to have an emergency appointment as I was worried about not getting her seen that day. 1 hour later the receptionist called me back and asked if I could move the appointment to 2pm, (the appointment was originally booked in for 3:45 as that was the earliest I could leave my work). I explained to the receptionist that I would struggle to get there for 2pm, as that was too short notice to arrange for someone else to pick her up. The receptionist then said that if that was the case, then they would have to cancel my appointment as the dentist now had a gap and wanted to go home early. I cannot believe this, and the worst part about it is when I asked for refund of the £99 (which I was made to pay over the phone) they said that they wouldn’t be able to refund it due to it being ‘short notice cancellation’ and this is there policy. They did not let me attend my appointment at 3.45pm and insisted that if I could not make it at 2pm then they were cancelling. I am taking my complaint to the head office of MyDentist and nhs England.

I have used My Dentist now for quite a few years. I have found them to be professional and approachable. I have every confidence in the care they take in my dental needs.

As a patient who is scared of the dentist because of previous bed experiences I cannot praise highly enough how this surgery and all its staff put me at ease They were extremely helpful and made me very comfortable The procedure of taking out 1 very stubborn tooth took over 2 hours but both the dentist and his assistant were very patient with me and would not stop until the very painful tooth had been taken out They didn't want me to have to wait for an appointment at the hospital to sort it out so they were very helpful I would recommend them to anyone

My dentist name is 🤗she has bought caring back to life …I’m an anxious 75 yr old female and she removed 3 top teeth and had my bridge already to go in the dreaded spaces. What a lady I was explained everything in detail and she cared so much no pain with extraction did what she asked of me when I got home which was also put on paper for me and I’m fine…she and her staff were conscientious hard working interactive and the surgery spotless clean …..thank you🤗and staff ……..you bought caring back thank you so much .
