I’ve always found this to be a good practice, however my recent experience was not so great. I asked the receptionist for some advice because although we have always been NHS patients, we received a letter saying that our dentist was no longer an NHS dentist. I found this confusing and needed some clarity about what our options were, however unfortunately I found the receptionist quite rude and abrupt in manner. I feel that this is because I was asking about NHS services, and should I have been asking about private services, her manner would have been different.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful here. My new dentist is lovely too! Highly recommended practice.
