I had severe toothache and I was registered Customer with MyDentist Barking when I called to book an appointment, staff said they can see him in 3 month’s time , do you think if you are struggling with toothache and you can hold for 3 months ? This was not the case then they said if you pay double we can see you Saturday. They use threatening language as well. This place is definitely needs to shut down for their bad behaviour and treating badly their customers

I've been attending MyDentist for almost 10 years now, and recently decided to undergo ClearCorrect aligners treatment. The entire process was incredibly smooth. The staff was always helpful and nice, readily answering my questions and explaining everything in detail, so I was never confused. Plus, the price was cheaper here compared to other competitors I looked at. It's a place I'd highly recommend for anyone considering aligners.

I have been using this dental practice for years and it is a first class. It's a shame I cannot post names, as the long serving receptionist is wonderful. She cannot do enough for you, is super friendly and efficient and it's always a pleasure to see her. My dentist is also brilliant and has bent over backwards to accommodate my health issues with my treatment. She is so good at her job and always has a smile. Her assistant is also great - they make a good team!

I was offered root canal treatment when I first registered with the dentist. I already had paid for fillings and I did not go ahead as I was still unsure. This was because it would be visible at the front and I had other financial commitments at the time. I later revisted and was told I would not need the treatment when previously I was told it was deep root canal. I felt abit discriminated and this was by female staff too. I feel it is because I was on maternity leave. I work with the NHS and I did not receive the dignity or respect from the dentist. Personally I would of liked to hear the pros and cons of the root canal and been involved in if I should have the treatment. It was not only a waste of time to leave one hour for this appointment with a baby I had to find childcare for but I was not even given an examination.

Never been in love with visits to the Dentist but I can say that when I leave the Dentist following treatment I say to myself why all the worry. From reception to the Dentist you are totally put at ease. They actually care how you feel or if you are worried. Very professional in every way. Would recommend them to anyone

Very caring dentist who explains everything she is going to do and during the treatment checks that everything is ok. If you need an emergency appointment they always try to fit you in as soon as possible.

I had a checkup and polish teeth at the dental practice at Longbridge road on Tuesday. I had puss coming from my tooth and I was given some tablets amoxicillin. Prescribed three times a day and finish the course. I am due to return in nine months time I need to clean front teeth and left side of my lower jaw which has puss coming from it overall there is good progress coming through on my teeth.
