Review titled Now Private and Pay before your visit
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 03 March 2023
Been with this dentist 20 years used to be very good but in the last 10 years dental practitioners have changed almost every visit. Now the practice has gone private only and they ring up and ask for payment prior to your appointment - in my case 3 days! And 'if I don't like it I can cancel the appointment and go elsewhere' As I've waited a couple of weeks with a broken tooth I've elected to receive the treatment this time but will find an alternative practice in the future whether it is NHS or private.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused in relation to your treating dentist no longer providing NHS treatment. Your dentist has taken the decision to no longer offer dental services on the NHS. Where routine NHS provision is not currently available, your practice will be able to offer alternative private options. We hope that these alternatives will allow you to access dental care at this time. Please contact the practice should you require more information, so they can discuss with you your needs. Kind regards, {my}dentist Patient Support Team

Review titled Cancellations
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Sylvia Drage - Posted on 27 January 2023
I have now had two NHS appointments cancelled the last one not until March. When I rang to get new appointment told I would now been seen after April 1st when they are going private.. this seems just a ruse to get me to pay twice as much instead of having my usual NHS check up. Not happy at all Sylvia Drage
