Booked an appointment, was seen promptly then waited just 2 days for treatment. She was extremely friendly performed excellent Treatment and I was very satisfied.

We are pleased that you are happy with the service provided and are grateful that you have taken the time to provide these comments. We do always try to put a patient with the same dentist as we understand that patients build a relationship with their clinician. However, despite our best efforts to provide continuous care for our patients, unfortunately it is not always possible for a patient to see the same dentist, as various circumstances can mean it is not always possible. My crown fell out and I got a quick appointment to replace it. Very happy that this was done on the nhs saving me a lot of money

Had an appointment for 1:00pm, 1st December, with the hygienist, arrived on time. After waiting for 30 minutes I enquired what was going on! Turns out they decided to change my appointment time, 20 minutes before my appointment was due to start, by phone. I didn't take the call as I was driving to the appointment! I was left waiting 30 minutes, in reception, with no mention that they had moved the start time, quit happy to leave me unaware, waiting! MyDentist, you are unprofessional! And isn't the first time you have cancelled or rearranged appointments at very short notice. Mydentist, you are a shambles!
