    4th visit this year after expensive Lanap surgery. Customer service here is shocking. Waiting far beyond appointment times. If time is a premium this isn’t the dentist for you. If you have all day to wait then sure. I had to cancel one appointment and was charged for it. I’m now sat in the car after paying $20 car park and waiting 40minutes for no reason. Furious!

    After a disappointment earlier in the year I have now had a crown fitted and delighted to say my treatment was second to none and the usual high level experience the practice has offered for many years. New high level technology was used to scan my mouth and create the crown which was very impressive. Given the pressure on dental surgeries feel very lucky to be an NHS patient at this surgery.

    After having a disappointing experience on the phone a week or so ago, a really lovely member of staff rang from the practice to arrange an appointment for me with my original dental practitioner. I completely understand how busy dentists are at the moment, and my check up is a way off, but I am very grateful for the call and reassurance. Thankyou!
