Terrible service, turned up for my appointment and had to wait over half an hour, they booked me in again for a week later. I turned up 10 minutes late after phoning them to warn them. When I got there they had already moved on from my appointment. They hadn’t passed the message on to the dentist that I had phoned and refuse to refund me until I speak to the manager who isn’t in. I am in agony and they will not help, the dentist was sat with an empty room as I was booked for a half hour appointment. Absolute joke of a place. I will be booking in somewhere else and advising others to do the same!

This covers me and my husband. I came and had checkup which was handled without a wait and pleasantly. My husband needed treatment without an appointment and he was fitted in with very little delay

I have been a patient at MyDentist in Formby for over thirty years, I have always received professional advice regarding my teeth and never had any problems get appointments even when I have needed an emergency treatment , my dentist and hygienist have always given me a professional service and I would highly recommend the practice and services available from them.

Had bad toothache and was given an appointment on the day. After x-ray options were explained in detail and advice given. I was impressed and could not fault my treatment. Thanks to the staff.

Nice and friendly, they even moved appointment to ground level to help my wife as she needs a stick to walk and doesn't like stairs. No problems or issues just good service.

I consider myself very lucky to have been able to register with Old Mill Lane when I moved to Formby . All my visits were very pleasant (being a very anxious patient). Appointments are efficiently arranged, great to get timely reminders via messenger. Nice , clean and light waiting area and treatment rooms. Parking can be difficult...... however, that's only to be expected in this busy little town. Might be a good idea to remind patients to allocate sufficient time for parking. Very good to see that there's now 1 disabled space in the small parking area at the premises.
