    Been a patient many years and very happy with service todate. Recent Very Bad Toothache so rang on a Wednesday to be told no slots available for at least a week. On Thursday booked last available slot via 111 but had to be at Scunthorpe on the Friday 20.00 hours. (last patient ). Mind in dark frightfull place and worrying over my health problems with a different Dentist. Receptionist rang on Thursday with cancellation of my normal dentist. Attended and relieved at seeing my regular dentist. Out again and all sorted within 30 minutes with no pain as Dentist not fazed with my problems. He removed the old broken tooth stub that had boken into 3 and produced lots of puss realitively easily (so it seemed) without cutting my gum given that the broken tooth looked level with and would have been dificult to grip on. He even took extra care to cope with my thin blood as I take blood thinning daily tablet. Amazing Practice care and support. Whilst very busy receptionists still took time to think of me when opportunity rose and my Dentist brilliant work as always. He even manages to cope with my fear of Dentists, no doubt fired by my early school days dentist visits, thankfully they more caring now. Heartfelt gratitude to all at Practice during busy days.     Arrived five minutes early seen on time very friendly and helpful as husband is in a wheelchair and can not get out of it no problem To the Dentist just took it in his dtride

    Brilliant attention and service from all the staff,very friendly and professionally efficient. Very welcoming in reception and dentist and assistant extremely helpful in advising and treating my problems. Would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to my family and friends.     I found out I had an impacted wisdom tooth when I attended the dentist for a routine appointment last year. I have another appointment in 2 months time to check on this, however, I had started to experience pain and swelling to the site. In light of this, I contacted reception to see if I could get an earlier appointment to have it checked and possibly removed. I was offered an appointment the same day, which would have been wonderful but unfortunately I could not attend the same day. I did not know that the dentist was an ‘on the day’ practice given that I rarely call and always just get booked routine appointments. Upon finding out I could not attend today, the receptionist proceeded to say in a rather rude manner… ‘Well you can’t be in that much pain then can you’. I informed her that as a matter of fact, I was currently traveling on holiday at this present time and that I was not aware that it was an on the day service. I am sure I speak for many when I say I would not throw away thousands of pounds and cancel a holiday when I could just take some stronger pain relief to get through the trip. All I asked for was an ‘earlier appointment’ on the off chance I could see the dentist maybe a few weeks or a month earlier because my wisdom tooth really is now starting to give me grief. I think it was appalling for her to assume what level of pain I may or may not be in, especially in the tone of voice. As a healthcare professional myself, that is something I would never do to my patients. I have no fault with the clinical team at all and my experience of the practice has always been wonderful up until now. I am just bringing to light that I think some training about good customer service may be of use to some of the staff answering the phone.

    Been with this practice for decades, Tried to get an appointment which was met with a basic "No". Private patients only now. No warning, no letter, nothing. Also no help or advice on finding another dentist.

Unfortunately, as this practice is already at maximum capacity for NHS patients, they are currently unable to offer you an NHS place. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options for patients to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations.     Best dental practice I have used. I've been a patient for over 10 years. Going to the dentist can be traumatic, but the Cleethorpes practice has a great customer experience. Staff are extremely friendly and skilled, putting patients at ease. Highly recommended.

    Have been with this practice years and although I have struggled to get an appointment due to covid and NHS dentists leaving, today I had a private check up and was very impressed, the time taken to explain everything is much better than a quick 2 minutes in the chair like on the NHS. I understand the staff there are under so much pressure at the minute and seem to be getting stressed with people not understanding their situation but with the care I received today they deserve some praise.

    As the practice with whom I am registered as an NHS patient, is no longer treating NHS patients, due to staff shortages, I began to search for other practices that might offer treatment for NHS patients who are entitled to free treatment. I found this particular practice that states that it is accepting patients who qualify for free treatment, recently updated on 22 November 2022. I telephone the practice and explained that I qualified for free NHS treatment and would like to make an appointment. The person who answered my call apologised and said that the practice was not accepting any NHS patients. When I referred to the latest update on the practices site, I was told that the information should have been removed some time ago. I was clearly not the fault of the person with whom I was speaking so although very disappointed and somewhat frustrated,I thanked the person and ended my call. I have to say that this was not the only clinic where I met with the same problem due to information not being updated
