    Amazing dentist ,I went Private as I was in a mess, I was well looked after and with in no time at all I was so happy .Honestly my new false teeth are amazing .I never realized just how bad and neglected I let my teeth get. I am now feeling so good about my smile. I could of cried when I see my new teeth. I will be forever grateful to My Dentist Park Lane. They are very clever with what they do and I was in very good hands. The Private dentist price was ok as they work with you on a dental plan making it a more relaxing journey .Today was the first week i wanted to smile at everyone I spoke to feeling very content about being me. I Really was glad to be of made this dentist My Dentist.

    I was onn hold for 25 minutes being told that they could help register NHS patients only to be told they are not taking on any new patients and hung up May be this information could be at the begining of the message instead of the promise of help

    Dear Claire, thank you for your review. I am sorry that we were not able to offer you an NHS appointment at this time. As our phone message states we are working hard to accommodate as many new NHS patients as possible, however, new NHS appointments are limited in capacity. We do advise in our messaging that if we are unable to extend to you the offer of an NHS appointment, our reception team will be happy to discuss with you the alternative options that we have available to help you access dental care at the practice.     I was so desperate to get help with my teeth and was so glad to of found the Dentist and his lovely happy assistant nurse . They made me feel so at eases. I needed 4 teeth removed and I found this to go pretty well with such a relief I was in and out in no time with a real sense of being looked after. I really would recommend this practise and this Private Dentist have given me much more confidence to be in future happy to return.
