As a family we had an appointment booked for mid-July, which was cancelled via text by the practice. When I called to rearrange I was told that our dentist had gone on maternity leave and they had no one to cover her case load whilst she was away, so to ring back early September to re-book. I rang today to re-book this appointment, only to be told they still have no dentist available to cover her case load and to call back again in October. When I made comment about how someone has left for maternity leave and cases haven't been covered I was snottily told that they'd have various dentists 'drop out' and couldn't get the role filled. I'm now 3 months out of my rountine check up as I can't get an appointment, I have some concerns about my teeth but as it's not tooth ache, I can't be seen. Yet there's seemingly no dentists that work here. Awful practice, I will be transferring to a private clinic. The receptionist is always rude and impolite.

Had a filling fall out got an appointment the same day with a lovely dentist. Tooth repaired within 24 hrs you can't beat that.
